How to access my patients' results?

You can only see your patients' results if they agree to share their results with you.
If a patient disagrees, you cannot see his results but he will continue enjoying the full access to CogniFit. If you want to get your licence back, you need to deactivate the patient. After deactivating the patient, he will no longer enjoy the full access to CogniFit.

Follow these steps to request permission from your patients to access their results.

1. When you send an invitation to your patients make sure to check the "Request permission to access the patients results" check box (it is checked by default)



2. When your patients register or log in into their CogniFit account for the first time, they will automatically see a popup window asking for their permission to share their results with you. Make sure they click on the "Yes" button.



If they click  on the "No" button, they do not share their results with you. They can decide to grant you access at anytime by simply editing their privacy settings to share their results with you:
