What are the different cognitive programs?

CogniFit is effective because it creates a cognitive training program that is personalized specifically for you. Before you begin your training, you complete an assessment of your cognitive abilities.
After completing the assessment, you can start completing the personalized training program or a specific training programs.
During each training session, the system continues assessing you to prepare and adjust the next brain training session.

1) General Cognitive Assessment

It is a 30-minute baseline assessment of your individual cognitive strengths and weaknesses. This allows the program to be personalized and deliver an optimal cognitive training to maintain and improve those skills essential for an active and healthy life. It is better to start completing the general cognitive assessment before starting the training.

2) Personalized Brain Training

Using the information related to the assessment, CogniFit technology automatically builds a program of exercises that is designed to provide improvement exactly where you need it and at the strength level right for you. CogniFit offers a powerful combination of personalized training and scientifically proven methodologies.
The personalized training program trains 20+ cognitive skills. However, you can decide to focus your training on fewer cognitive skills by selecting specific training programs.
