How to Create a CogniFit for Clinicians Account

CogniFit has a program that was designed specifically to help doctors and healthcare professionals. Setting up your CogniFit for Professionals account is easy and only takes a few steps. To get started with your CogniFit for Clinicians account, go to www.cognifit.com and click on the Join Today button that is in the center of the screen. 



After clicking, you will see a screen that says What is the account for? Choose the option "To manage my patients"



Fill in the your name and e-mail address, and click Start Now. This e-mail address will be used to send you important information about your account and your patients' progress. 



You will be prompted to enter a password. This password must be at least 6 characters long.




Your CogniFit for Clinicians accout is now set up. Upon registering, you are automatically granted 10 free one-month licenses to familiarize yourself with the program.
