How to deactivate a family member's monthly subscription?

If the family account manager wants to deactivate your family member's monthly training subscription, you will need to follow these steps. Remember that if you purchase a monthly subscription, payment will be made month by month, if you purchase an annual subscription, payment will be made in one go for the 12 months.

From the top right of the screen, scroll to a tab and click Home.

Choose the family member you want to unsubscribe and click View Profile.

The family member's profile will then open and you will need to click on the "+" sign at the top of the screen.

Finally, choose the Cancel Subscription Renewal option.
