Why the games do not launch even though Adobe Flash Player is installed?

CogniFit uses Flash for some of the brain games, training programs, and cognitive assessments. If you already have Adobe Flash installed, please make sure that you are running the most up-to-date version.

You will also need to ensure that you have the correct Flash player for your web browser. Click here to download the latest version related to your operating system and browser.

If the issue remains, please check your browser's extensions or add-ons. Indeed, some extensions or add-ons automatically block flash content on web pages. This means that even though Flash is installed, it may not be activated for CogniFit. Please either disable such extensions or if possible include CogniFit in the list of allowed websites. Flashblock is an example of such extension. DoNotTrackMe add-on also prevents CogniFit website from working.

If you don't know which extension may cause the issue, simply disable all of them and restart your browser. Then go to CogniFit and launch any games. If it still does not work, please contact the customer support team including a description of your issue and a pdf of your system configuration using this website.
