Why the games do not launch even though Adobe Flash Player is installed?

If the assessment, training or simply any games do not launch whereas Adobe Flash Player is already installed, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Also make sure that you have installed the Adobe Flash Player related to your browser. Click here to download the latest version related to your operating system and browser.

If the issue remains, please check your browser's extensions or add-ons. Indeed, some extensions or add-ons automatically block flash content on webpages. So even though, Adobe Flash Player is installed, you cannot use CogniFit. Please either disable such extensions or if possible include CogniFit in the list of allowed websites. Flashblock is an example of such extension. DoNotTrackMe add-on also prevents CogniFit website from working.

If you don't know which extension may cause the issue, simply disable all of them and restart your browser. Then go to CogniFit and launch any games. If it still does not work, please contact the customer support team including a description of your issue and a pdf of your system configuration using this website.
