2/ In the next screen, choose the option "I'm a health professional".
3/ Confirm your choice.
4/ Fill in your name and e-mail address, and click "Start Now".This e-mail address will be used to send you important information about your account and your patients' progress.
5/ Enter a password.
Note that your password must be at least 6 characters long.
