When a family member first registers, a profile is automatically created on the family platform. This means that the account manager has the option of assigning or reassigning licenses according to his or her requirements.
1. Add new assessment license
In the event that the family member has completed the assessment, the account manager may re-assign another assessment license if necessary. The way to do this is as follows.
From the top right of the screen, open tab and click Home.
Find the family member you want to assign another assessment license and then click on the drop-down arrow in the assessments section, as in the following image.
Now choose the type of evaluation you want to assign to your family member.
Finally, a blue box appears in which you can read Buy. Click to purchase the license.
2. Add a new training license
In the event that the family account manager wants to modify a different type of training for their family member, you can follow these steps:
From the start section, find the family member you want to set or change the training type to and then click on the drop down arrow in the training section. As it appears in the following image.
Now choose the type of training you want to assign to your family member.
In this way, the type of training chosen for the family member will be automatically modified for the next session.
