How to deactivate a family member's monthly subscription?

If the family account manager wants to deactivate your family member's monthly training subscription, you will need to follow these steps.

From the top right of the screen, click the "Home" option.

Choose the family member you want to unsubscribe and click View Profile. 

The family member's profile will then open and you will need to click on the "+" sign at the top of the screen.

Finally, choose the "Cancel Subscription Renewal" option.
