Each training session has 3 tasks. The first two tasks are training tasks and the last one is an assessment task that will measure your progress. Usually, the better you train the more likely you are to perform well in your assessment task and increase your cognitive score and the number of neurons you win.
The training tasks are selected based on your past performance and on the training regimen you selected. The system usually chooses in priority the tasks that can help you train the most effectively your cognitive skills to ensure you get an optimal training.
