By purchasing CogniFit subscription products, you agree to the Terms of Use, according to which your CogniFit subscription is automatically renewed.
The user can cancel their subscription at any time by accessing the settings page in their account and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
In the event that during the first 30 days of use you wish to make use of the initial warranty service and request a refund for a subscription or test license you must contact our customer service via email at support@cognifit.com
After the first 30 days of subscription there are no refunds. When you cancel a subscription, you only cancel future charges for your subscription. You won’t be able to receive a refund for the current subscription period you paid for, but you’ll still have full access to that subscription until the end of the current subscription period.
If you have a problem with your account, believe there has been a billing error, or believe there is another important reason to get a refund, follow the steps in this article.
1. If you purchased products through the CogniFit website
If you purchased your subscription or test license on the CogniFit website, please contact customer service by sending an email to support@cognifit.com.
Attention: the refund of the amount paid will only be made within the following 30 business days from the date of charge of the service.
2. If you purchased CogniFit products from the App Store
If you purchased your CogniFit subscription or test license from the Apple App Store, you must request your refund directly from Apple.
To do so, follow these instructions on Apple’s support page.
3. If you purchased CogniFit products on Google Play
If you purchased your CogniFit subscription or test license on Google Play, you can request a refund directly on Google Play or by contacting CogniFit customer support.
3.1 To request a refund directly on Google Play follow the instructions on the Google support page.
3.2 To request a refund through CogniFit please contact customer service by sending an email to support@cognifit.com.
IMPORTANT: To refund purchases paid on Google Play through CogniFit customer service, attach a receipt and order number for the purchase of CogniFit products on Google Play.
