- Provide technical customer support to the partner company. CogniFit shall not perform customer support to the partner company’s customers.
- Provide a 24/7/365 online product with a monthly availability rate of 99.9%.
- Continue improving the Product for customer experience purposes.

What are the technical requirements for integration?
- The Product shall run on computers and mobile devices that meet the minimum technical requirements as described at its Support Page;
- The computers and mobile devices shall have broadband internet connection open to communicate with CogniFit’s servers to use the Product;
- CogniFit will cover all costs related to technical infrastructure maintenance related to web servers, Oracle DB, MySQL DB, Amazon CloudFront, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud, Amazon Simple Storage Service, Amazon RDS Service, AWS Support, AWS Data Transfer, DNS services, Application Servers and load balancers required to provide a 24/7 service of the Product;
- CogniFit will cover all maintenance of the Product, including software updates, DBs performance maintenance and resources monitoring to accommodate users loads;
- CogniFit will offer an account management point of contact resource to follow-up and answer any questions or future development requests.
- CogniFit API usage fee is computed in units. One unit is consumed every time a user makes a request to launch a CogniFit game or get API data.
What kind of support will I receive?
Please note:
- Every additional unit consumed exceeding the plan will be charged at plan price/unit depending on the plan chosen, unless the Company request CogniFit to upgrade to a larger plan.
How do I choose the right integration for me?
Once you have your client_id, a client_secret and a client_hash you will be able to integrate with CogniFit by implementing the following two steps:
- Backend integration (users and data management)
- PHP SDK
- Other languages requires direct integration with our API
- Frontend integration (Training and games interface)
What will be the user experience to access the assessment and training games?
After integrating the API into your website, you will be able to place your custom button to launch CogniFit Training Games and Assessments.
Can a partner company make its own changes to CogniFit products?
The partner company shall not modify, reverse engineer or decompile the Product or any part thereof, create derivative works of the Product, modify or revise the sub-license or otherwise license rights.
Can a partner company gain access to CogniFit’s customer database and other intellectual property of CogniFit?
All rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights relating the Products, all accumulated data from use of the Product and their registration to the CogniFit database, including, the Data and any other data obtained from or because of the use of the Product, is and will always remain the exclusive property of CogniFit.
Cognitive skill scores data obtained from the partner company’s users, while using the Product, will be made accessible to the partner company for both research and commercial purposes and to the partner company’s users.
If I become a CogniFit partner, can I use the CogniFit name, logo or trademarks in public announcements, press releases or other public documents?
Except in limited circumstances, a partner company shall not use the CogniFit name, logos or trademarks in any public announcements, press releases or other public documents without the written consent of CogniFit.
